The Inventory

To view your inventory, use the navigation bar located on the left side of your screen. Scroll down to the bottom of the bar and click on the price tag icon. This will take you directly to the Inventory page.


Here in the inventory section you will find all the listings you’ve generated or imported. You can filter your inventory by marketplace by using the dropdown menu or click on any of the fields such as price or date to change the order from ascending or descending.

Your listings, if posted, will display an icon of the marketplaces they are currently on, by clicking the icon, another tab will open with the respective listings on the platform. Ie. clicking the depop icon of a listing will take you to the listing on depop’s website.

After your listing is sold you can click on the 3 dots on the bottom of the screen to “mark as sold” so your analytics update. You can also use this option to delete an unwanted listing.

Review, Post, Delist

By clicking the boxes next to the item names you have the option to review, post, or delist an item. Simply select the items you want to interact with and choose from one of the three options shown at the bottom of the inventory tab. From there you can choose how you want to adjust the listing.


To import your inventory from another platform go to the “import” button at the top right of the screen, next to the “upload” button. If your marketplace is connected you can hit refresh and your inventory will appear. Once you select the listing you can hit import and have all your items added to your Flipkit inventory.
